Ferienunterkünfte mit Sauna in Gespanschaft Split-Dalmatien

What an amazing place, everything was just as described. Zelijka was an amazing host very attentive when needed. The views from both the balcony & rooftop terrace are to die for. There is everything you need within walking distance, shops, cafe's, bars, takeaways & restaurants. We visited various local islands & towns either by bus or boat & they were all easy & cheap. Croatia is a beautiful country & we will 100% be returning.

first of all the host Linda and Donkey sorry Tony were excellent hosts made you feel very welcome and all the little added extras like wine chocolates and snacks was absolutely thoughtful I am just sorry we didn't leave a present to say thank you , now the apartment is fantastic for all couples from a very good modern shower with so many different water features to the extremely good hot tub with a goldilocks temperature, the kitchen is small but with everything you need we only cooked once because you have good restaurants all around with some good fine dining but I must say the nesspresso coffee maker was a blessing first thing in the morning and Linda supplies you with more than enough capsules for your stay, bedroom well what can I say , the bed is massive luckily me and my misses never argued once because the bed is that big I wouldn't see her all night and with the mirrored ceiling and mood lighting we had a wonderful time 😍😜, Recommendation for restaurants is BE-COOL ..

Amazing stay ! Perfect for a chilled beach/pool girls trip with option to go into split via bus (25min). Property was safe, clean and overall perfect for a group of 5. 10 minute walk to the beach and shops location was great. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a trip, loved it! Host was so pleasant and responsive with great recommendations. Thank you for hosting us :)

Výnimočné ubytovanie, luxusný plne vybavený apartment doplnený finskou saunou, vírivkou a strešným bazénom so skvelou hostiteľkou. Po tejto skúsenosti už pre nás lokalita Makarská nie je len letnou destináciou. Ideálne pre 6 ľudí, 3 spálne, každá s vlasnou kúpelňou. Naša skupina si pobyt veľmi užila a bude naňho ešte dlho spomínať. Ďakujeme Blanka

L'accueil était exceptionnel, Ivana nous a accueilli avec simplicité et bienveillance. Sa maman nous a accueilli avec un gâteau maison. Le lieu est isolé, calme et authentique. Je recommande.

Ons verblijf bij Vlado was echt geweldig en voldeed (en oversteeg) aan al onze verwachtigen! bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid door het appartement. tot onze blije verbazing was het geen gedeelt zwembad maar prive alleen voor ons, wat een luxe! elek dag werd er gecheckt of we nog wat nodig hadden en of we het naar ons zin hadden. Ook werden we meermaals verwend met lekkere zelfgemaakt gebak, en verse druiven uit de tuin. Bij vertrek ook weer in de watten gelegd en 2 kadotjes voor thuis meegekregen. makarska is ook echt een geweldig mooie plaats met genoeg te doen en volop lekker eten. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug! Our stay here was so amazing and everything we hoped for and more!! The property looked like the photos and was even more beautiful in person. We had plenty of space and were comfortable as the place was very clean and felt right at home. The amenities were the best part. We highly enjoyed the pool and the sauna. We had the best time and would recommend this place to anyone!!

Freundliche, nette, sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Stipans selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und Wein hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir können die Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Wir wahren total zufrieden Der Strand war zu fuss in 4 min zu erreichen nächster supermarkt ca 15 min zu fuss tv gab es ausreichend deutsche Sender Küche war gut ausgestattet Kommunikation war super schnell und freundlich Alles in allem absolut fantastisch ich danke für dieses tolle urlaubserlebniss

Très bon accueil de Jana dans ce bel grand appartement ou l'on se sent plus dans une maison. Il est située dans un quartier résidentiel près d'un parc et de la mer et son emplacement est idéal pour la visite de Split et se baigner

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés on a été ravis de constater qu’il était très propre et qu’une bouteille d’eau avait été placée au congélateur ce qui nous a fait du bien, c’était une agréable attention! Il est parfaitement situé, la plage est juste en bas de la rue, il y a une supérette pas très loin ou l’on peut s’y rendre à pied, une place de parking est disponible également en bas de l’immeuble. Nous avons également été bien accueillis par Maria et elle était très réactive lorsque nous avons eu quelques questions. La salle de spa était très agréable, la tarification s’effectue pour 2h de pur détente dans un très grand jacuzzi.

We had a wonderful time in Croatia, and especially at Ante's place. He has been a super nice host, paying attention to every single details. The appartment is brand new, and is sincerely stunning : 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms fully equipped and a modern living room with balcony offering a stunning view of the bay. Ideal for chilling and looking at the sunset ! The gym and the jacuzzy at the groundfloor of the building are the extra bonus that make this place very awesome ! Also, the location is perfect if you have a car to travel around : - 5 min from Torgir - 20 min from Split - 15 min from Airport We recommend it 200% !

Grandiose Wohnungsmöglichkeit! Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Das ganze Komplex ist sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit Paula (und ihrer Familie) ist mehr als einfach. Sie sind sehr nett, herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Man lebt in einer ruhigen Gegend und kann sich sehr gut entspannen. Die Stadt ist mit dem Auto in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß kommt man an einen schönen Strand. Wenn man jegliche Hilfe brauchen sollte, helfen die Vermieter sofort und geben nützliche Tipps bezüglich Erreichbarkeit und weiteren Informationen. Wir sind sehr glücklich, dass wir hier untergekommen sind und würden am Liebsten nochmal kommen. 10/10 super Erfahrung

Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment. Die Kommunikation war super und die Gastgeber stets bemüht schnell zu antworten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! 🙏

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dora! The apartment is new, modern and well equipped. Clean towels was provided several times during our stay. The pool area is likewise spotless clean and very nice with comfortable sun beds. The apartment is surrounded by olive trees and beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Boat service for Trogir leave from the small marina at the beach, we really enjoyed Trogir which is very charming and with great restaurants. Ante is a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Great place in Split, we absolutely loved it. Close to old town and Marjan park. We loved watching the boats coming and going from the balcony. We appreciated the food and drinks when we arrived, really nice touch. We will definitely stay there again if we have the chance to return to Split.

Hôte réactif, accueillant et chaleureux tout comme leur logement. Correspond à la description, propre et très bien équipé. Je vous le recommande pour passer quelques jours en famille au calme et pas loin de Split.

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Es war sehr heiß ehrend unseres Aufenthalts, aber die Klimaanlagen und der Pool sorgten für kühle Nächte und Abkühlung am Tag. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was wir genossen haben, es war unheimlich erholsam!

Šime’s home is in the heart of the old town, just below the fortress, a charming 10 minute walk on limestone paths, up and down stairs, from the nearest parking. The house was immaculate with two comfortable bedrooms on the lower floor and a beautiful living room, dining room, and kitchen on the upper floor with spectacular sunset views. The lower level of the house has a bar, hot tub, and sauna, as well as a second large bath. We were thoroughly charmed by the location in the heart of the old town, and by the views across the water. Šime was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

Ana's place is exactly as per the photos! Jacuzzi and Sauna are privated! Ana and her husband were there to receive us and prepared drinks for our arrival, it was very helpful and kind, considering the warm weather in Croatia! They are prepared to receive us on the best way possible. Thank you so much! It was a perfect place for our holiday! We will definitely return in future.

Our stay at Sara’s villa was just lovely. Such a peaceful location with tremendous views over the mountains. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need and thoughtfully put together. We just loved the pool house with billiard table and sauna. The outdoor kitchen and bbq was another favourite. Sara and Katja were so lovely and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their villa to anyone looking for a fabulous, peaceful place to stay. We have been to many villas over the years and this was definitely one of our favourites. Thank you once again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place. Everything was exactly as described. Unfortunately, we only had 5 days before we traveled on. But we will definitely be back. Owners were easy to get hold of, very polite and delivered services far beyond our expectations! Our new favorite place!

Gospodarze bardzo mili, zaskoczeniem była kolacja która dla nas przygotowali, pyszne grilowanie ryby i mięso. Miejsce na wsi z dala od kurortów turystycznych ale wpisanym miejscu, blisko piękne atrakcje, wodospady, kanion, stary młyn, za darmo, 10 minut samochodem. Po zwiedzaniu mogliśmy się relaksować na basenie, jacuzzi, pograć w bilarda czy piłkarzyki. Wspaniały wypoczynek.
