Diocletian's Palace is only 650m away, while the famous sandy Bačvice Beach is just 250m from your doorstep. The main bus, train station, and ferry port are all within a 550 to 650m walk. Everything you need is right around the corner: shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMs, and parking. It is an ideal choice for couples, friends, and business travelers alike.

Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

Lovely apartment in the heart of Split

It is located in the center, by the sea - on the main street of the city. You can use the free Wi-Fi. The harbor, train station, bus station, stadium, palace and the beaches are located not far from the accommodation. "Pazar" - the old daily market place is 7- 10 minutes walk. Fresh fruits, vegetables and other food, plus supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are there. You can easily make a daily trip to the islands, or some other near-by towns.

It is situated in Bacvice area - 5 minutes walking from Bacvice beach and 10 minutes walking from Diocletian's palace, city center, bus terminal and ferry port.
