Il Poderone è una tipica casa colonica umbra dell'800 costruita in pietra locale lacustre, ristrutturata nel rispetto dello spirito originario dalla proprietaria, Giuseppina, che abita uno degli appartamenti. Agli ospiti sono dedicati gli altri appartamenti della casa, tutti dotati di cucina/soggiorno, camere, bagno. E’ situato a 50 metri dalle spiagge ed a 500 metri dal paese di S.Feliciano, in posizione strategica per fare visita ai più bei centri della Toscana e dell'Umbria.

A 3 bedrooms stone house with fireplace, 18 mt infinity pool, kids' pool and playground, surrounded by 40 hectares of private oak wood and olive orchard. Perfect place for a family holiday, friends get together or couple getaway. We have put our love and sweat to make this place like no other.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Very panoramic 1-bedroom apt. Wooden beams, original features, fully-furnished kitchen, a.c., wifi. Sofa bed in living room, can sleep up to 3 guests. Infinity pool, terraces, barbecue. Surrounded by nature, in an organic olive-oil producing estate. This Farmhouse, divided into 5 apartments, has a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the valley. The pool usually opens around the 1st of June (this year it will open on the 27th of May).
