If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.

No loud events and no cars in and out. 4 car most. Beautifully remodelled home with stainless appliances aross golf course. Two full bathrooms. Each room includes a pillowtop king mattress.
