A VERY quiet, ONE-BED Basement (Legal Insured, having Short-Term City Licence). The suite has a Private Side Entrance, self check-in option, has most of amenities to make your stay memorable. Ideally located near Airport/Highway for a quick stop/long stay. Legal suites are inspected by the City to make sure it meets Alberta safety/fire codes. Quiet HOURS 10 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please note, cooktop is suitable for light cooking, NO heavy cooking please. NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS/CHILDREN.

Walk a block to one of the wonderful restaurants, pubs, and shops or wander down to the Elbow River. Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and fat-biking in West Bragg Creek and Kananaskis Country are 15 minutes away by car. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown Calgary and 45 minutes to the airport. Banff and Canmore are only an hour away.
