You get the best of both worlds (location and peace) in this 2 bedroom, open floor plan cabin. Hiking trails, ski slopes, wineries and more, there's plenty to do year-round. Bring your furry friends as our porch and spacious yard makes this an oasis for all!

This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom bungalow located just a mile from the state line and downtown Bristol, Virginia is the perfect space for your next getaway. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on chilly nights or enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in our luxurious king bed. The fenced yard provides a safe space for pets to play. Located on a quiet street, our home is the ideal spot for a relaxing retreat. Minutes from Bristol Casino, Mendota Trail, Bristol Caverns, shopping, and dining.

A three bedroom cabin great for a couple or family. The Appalachian Trail and National Forest can be accessed just 100 feet from the front door! The well-stocked kitchenette provides for all basic food preparation needs, and the town of Hot Springs is only a two minute drive away. Hurricane Helene update: We are fortunate that our property is higher up and did not flood. Thanks to the hard work of many people, all utilities have been restored at the cabin. Our town is in recovery.

Located a few minutes away from Watauga Lake and the Appalachian Trail, this 600 sq ft abode is fully re-built inside and out. This home is situated at the rear of our property in a rural area only 10 minutes from Elizabethton; a quiet and peaceful Vacation Retreat.

Let our cozy cottage be your home-base for all your mountain adventures. For mtn biking, you will be minutes away from the trails at Lees-McRae College as well as the bike parks at Sugar and Beech Mountains during the summer. In the winter, you'll have several skiing and snow tubing options within a few miles as we are within 10-15 minutes to Beech or Sugar. Wildcat lake is at the bottom of our street. Bring your fishing gear or kayaks/stand-up boards!
