Social Guest House have 6 private bedrooms is a big advantage, so your privacy is untouched. The 3 separate toilets and 2 showers makes your mornings relaxed. The bottom floor has the kitchen where you can store and cook food, make coffee or tea, etc. The garden, hidden in the small streets of Sofia is a nice gift in the busy town. This separate house is located in a central neighborhood, in one of the oldest and prettiest parts of Sofia. It is quite, charming and has a private yard. It is next to public transport(metro and tram lines), the two biggest parks in Sofia incl.a preserved forest nearby. The ideal city centre is 15min walking distance. Hello. Our house is located in the middle of the center of Sofia .. just two-three minutes from the main pedestrian street - “Vitosha blvd”, where some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the city are located. and within walking distance of most museums and major sites of interest. The property is completely renovated and furnished with new furniture..thought exclusively to provide the greatest comfort to travelers who choose to stay here. It is on the first floor.

The house is located in the center of Sofia, a step away from a metro station and tram stops, but in the same time it is in an inside patio, so it is silent and you can enjoy your rest. Small cozy house close to Vitosha mountain and with an easy quick access to city center-15min with tram. It is an open space with fully equipped kitchen , ideal bedroom, sleeping area with a large double bed, table for dining or distant working. There s also a bench with table in the yard, in front of the house. The place is perfect for a stay in the capital city,or mountain hiking, distant working, etc.
