Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.

The property sleeps six in superb accommodation with a cosy contemporary feel. The property boasts a private exclusive hot tub to enjoy if the weather allows and there is also a sauna on site which is shared with other guests although private slots are booked once you are on site.

Hope terrace is a 4 bedroomed double fronted end terrace dating back to 1874. The 3 story house is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. There is two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. The ground floor has a living room with wood burning stove and a large kitchen/dinning room. The house is in a lovely quiet area but all the amenities of Matlock Bath are a short walk away.

Once you reach Owslow Cottage your holiday and the relaxation begins. You’ll love the rural location of my place with views of the Derbyshire Dales countryside and Carsington Reservoir. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends. My place is close to public transport bus but a car would be advisable.

17th century cottage in Matlock

A very old stone cottage but newly renovated inside. The cottage was my home, my children were all brought up there. I now live in a barn at the top of the driveway which we tried to build in as energy saving way as we could. During the cottage renovation we have tried to make the space as 'green' as possible.
