Tiny House Farm Stay

Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Guests who book our “Forge a Knife” Experience (Vonhelmick Knife Co) receive a 15% discount on their stay.

Hood are all about an hour, and there are numerous hikes from the forest right down the street to Silver Falls and beyond. Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

The Casita Del Rio has been set up for maximum comfort and enjoyment on your vacation. We have two 4K TVs (one in the living room and one in the front bedroom) and a smaller TV in the back bedroom. There is a small workstation setup for remote work in the living room with both WiFi and ethernet cable access and board games available for your entertainment. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.
