Diese stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für Gruppenreisen. Wir haben in unserer Stadtvilla insgesamt 3 Appartements zu vermieten. Sehen sie sich die anderen Appartement und das Penthouse an. Insgesamt haben 4 Personen im Parterre , 6 Personen im mittleren Stock und 6 Personen im Penthouse Platz. Das Penthouse befindet sich auf zwei Ebenen mit einer 60 qm Terrasse die zur Hälfte überdacht ist. Wir haben das gesamte Haus kernsaniert mit neuester Technik und einen wunderschönen Außenbereich

Villa San Leon with Pool and Sea View

Sie wohnen auf einer Fläche von ca. 245 m², die auf 2 Apartments aufgeteilt sind. Es stehen insgesamt 4 Bäder zur Verfügung. Das Haus wurde 2017 komplett neu renoviert. Es befinden sich 4 Stellplätze im eigenen Hof. Im Garten befindet sich ein 8 m auf 4 m großer Pool der selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden darf, sowie eine Loggia mit Grillplatz die für gemütliche und entspannte Abende sorgen kann. Die gesamte Gartenfläche ist mit Kunstrasen umgeben und bietet viel Platz zum liegen bzw. relaxen

About 1,3km away from nice pebble beaches of Medena Resort with a lot of bars, shops, restaurants and water sport offers. The beautiful old town of Trogir is only 4km away and the airport 10km. Villa Petra was finished in June 2021 with 2 levels.
