There are several sleeping options in this Unit; a set of bunk beds on one end; a queen on the other; or both the table and couch pull down into beds if you prefer. There is air conditioning for the hot months of summer and a furnace for those who prefer some Fall camping. Original 1960s Camper near Seneca Lake

This 1961 camper is located on 75 acres of trees, creeks, fields. It's situated in a gully, privately located, amongst some black walnut trees for shade. It has 2 beds and will sleep 4. There's also a small bunk bed. There's no running water in the camper but there's plenty available. The bathroom's located about 60' away, designated for guests using the camper & tree tent. The property is a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake. Swimming is great in the clean water.

There is an outdoor shower for those who feel cramped in the small shower in the camper. Located about a mile from Canandaigua Lake and Vine Valley recreation area where there is swimming and a boat launch.
