Atemberaubendes Bauernhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert mit herrlicher Aussicht

Ursprünglich im Jahr 1700 als Bauernhaus erbaut, wurde Talltrees kürzlich komplett auf einen außergewöhnlichen Standard renoviert, der das moderne offene Wohnen mit einem warmen, gemütlichen Gefühl verbindet. Dieser Rückzugsort auf dem Land liegt auf einem über einen Morgen großen Privatgrundstück, wobei die Eigentümer eine separate Unterkunft am gegenüberliegenden Ende des Grundstücks haben. Es liegt nur zehn Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Framlingham und seiner Auswahl an Restaurants und unabhängigen Geschäften entfernt. Wir pflegen und reinigen unser Haus auf sehr hohem Niveau.

In 20 Gehminuten gelangt man über die Felder in die historische Stadt Framlingham mit ihrem Schloss und zahlreichen Pubs und Restaurants, darunter der Shawsgate Vineyard.

We’ve converted our home office and ex-teenage den into an airy, spacious studio (48sqm) providing contemporary living, sleeping and even working space in a self-contained outbuilding in the garden of our cottage. A peaceful rural location overlooking the market town of Framlingham, the Office is a 15 minute walk (3 mins drive) into the town, with its castle, church, pubs, cafes, boutiques and twice weekly market. It is an ideal base for visiting Framlingham and the Suffolk coast 25mins away.

Our luxurious shepherd hut (with private hot tub) is set in a peaceful location on a quiet arable farm in Suffolk. Our amazing hut features a cosy double bed, gorgeous ensuite shower with loo and basin, a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, microwave and fridge, a sofa, flatscreen tv, dedicated WiFi, electric fire and a brand new 5 berth hot tub. We are just 10 mins drive from Eye, 20 mins from Framingham and 40 mins from the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold.

The bird reserve at Minsmere, Snape Maltings and Concert Hall, forest walks as well as cycling and lovely villages and pubs to discover.
