Kon Tiki Inn offers a unique experience of a historic inn with a colorful touch. Our rooms are individually decorated, inclusive of a private ensuite and kitchenette. Managers Shawn and Debbie are always onsite for guest requests. We offer free parking and some of the rooms are pet friendly! There are additional units available if your dates do not line up perfectly, just send us a message and we'll reserve your stay! We have a 2-night minimum on the weekends.

Your motel room is crisp and clean inspired by the tranquil colors of our beach. It is 1 of 4 units that share a common hallway on the second floor above the office (no elevator) that do not face the beach. A walk down the stairs and around the building will find your toes in the sand and a lovely view of the Gulf. Our beachfront motel which was built in 1959 and has been in our family since 1960. Guests return year after year to enjoy our location.

This spacious 700 sq.ft. room is just a 7-minute walk from the Manasota Beach. This includes a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized pull-out couch, and two TVs. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge and oven. If you prefer grilling, you can use ours located under our gazebo. We provide beach towels and chairs and have a guest coin laundry. There is free WiFi, and our rooms have individual centralized air conditioning/heating units.

The Inn is conveniently located on Siesta Key directly across the street from the Beach. Its guests enjoy beach access right across the road ( access #9 ). Siesta Village is also just a 5-minute walk from the Inn. If walking is not an option there is a trolley that is free of charge to ride and get around the Key. We have 6 individual Cottages in total that range from a one bedroom units to a three bedroom individual units.
