Our Casa Léon is a beautiful property with 3 houses on a little hill, right in the heart of Santa Teresa. After 3 years of travelling this was the best place I´ve found in the world. It´s a perfect place to work, relax, to surf & do yoga. Super fast fiber optic internet. Super close to town, but also up enough to not be bothered by it`s dust and noise. Only a 3 min. walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Only 5 walking to the famous surf beach Playa Carmen.
