Si trova in zona Statuto, vicinissimo al centro città, ma fuori dalla ZTL, in posizione strategica per il polo fieristico della Fortezza da Basso. La fermata Statuto della tramvia e’ a 80 metri e con 7 minuti sarete alla stazione SMN. Vicino alla stazione Montelungo.
