We are 15 min from Deaconees Sports Park, Goebel Soccer Complex, and Ford Center. The Warrick Wellness Walking Trail is only 400ft away. This newly renovated home was an early post offices in Milltown. It is now a paddlers dream! All surfaces are new and compliment the vintage patina of the building. Guests are just one block from Cave Country Canoes and only steps away from the beautiful Blue River. The Bungalow includes an outdoor patio and private parking. Even though the location is downtown, it is quiet and private. Maxine's Market and Blue River Liquors are all just a short walk. Very close to lots of outdoor activites

One block away from Holiday World! This house is a close walk to the park and a 5m drive to Lincoln Boyhood National Park and many other attractions. The house has been lovingly prepared for a Christmas theme and is ready for guests with comfy bedding, updated kitchen and bathroom, large indoor and outdoor gathering area, and all sparkling clean. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

Welcome to the Dr. J.R. Mitchell House! Built in 1909 as what is believed to be the first animal clinic in Evansville, this century-old home has been renovated and modernized. Dr. Mitchell's owners' quarters above the original animal clinic now features two bedrooms, an open bunk room for kids, and three full bathrooms. You'll find the original exposed brick throughout the home which adds the perfect vibe to this modern industrial home.

The Getaway House

Welcome to our Get Away House. Located on the edge of Loogootee, it is a very peaceful area and yet close to the local stores and restaurants. Relax with the family and spend the evening on the back patio. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this single level home is perfect for your night away. PLEASE READ! Due to a recent storm, the back fence was damaged and has been removed and we are waiting for the new fence to be installed.

Granny Smith's is an endearing home in the heart of Owensboro, located in a historic neighborhood. The house features one sizable bedroom, tidy living room, full kitchen, cozy dining area, and a tub/shower bathroom. There is also relaxed outdoor living areas either on the front porch or back screened in patio. Property also has a small detached carport with a driveway. There is also parking on the street.
