The house is part of Stavronikita Villas, located in a private complex of seven houses, within a common garden. 5min walk from Sani Club and 10 to Marina. It consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is the living room ,dining room, a kitchen and WC. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, with bathtub. The first room consists of one double bed, a wardrobe and 2 balconies with forest view. The second room consists of 2 single beds, wardrobe and a loft with 2 single beds.
