It comfortably sleeps four and has all the amenities including a balcony with lake views. We offer a seasonal community pool and hot tub, small beach, tennis courts, fire pits and grills. Centrally located near the Jet Express, Cedar Point, popular restaurants and bars, including Twin Oast, The Orchard, and Gideon Owen Winery. Great location for fishing charters and nearby parks.

Amazing pool deck & this back yard with grassy area, fire pit & Bocce ball. "BUOY HOUSE" is a completely updated 3 bed / 1 bath, 1,200 sq. ft lower unit. All updated, washer/dryer, double vanity, new smart TV's! NOTE: This is a semi private pool shared only with our other home, the Round House right behind.

The condo is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a sunroom with a beautiful view. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and another sleeper sofa in the sunroom. So the condo can sleep 5. Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. *Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator, only stairs. Beach/pool/hot tub are seasonal.
