Part of one of Livingston’s oldest homes, the Carriage House is the perfect place to get away and decompress on is lofty balcony reading a book, streaming your favorite shows in its chic interior, checking out local sites, or interacting with one of its reported spirits.

Kick back and relax in this thoughtfully furnished and designed cabin near Lake Livingston (2nd largest lake in TX)! Come here to picnic or take a canoe (available to rent) out into the lake! You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

The Dairy

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Decommissioned in 1965, our family’s dairy barn still has a lot of life left in her! The home includes the original milking pit, which has been converted into a living room/extra sleeping space. The milk storage silo and transfer room has been converted to a kitchen/dining room that has everything you need for short or long term! Only 20 minutes from Huntsville and a short drive to Lake Livingston! More pics to come. Available 11/1.

Guests get to enjoy the large pavilion, longhorns & donkeys, 10 acres of open space and even a fishing pond. The tasting room is also on the property to be enjoyed during opening hours.
