In a quiet area of town, our house is a short 15 minute walk to downtown Palo Alto and 1 mile from Stanford University. This spacious, well-appointed and renovated basement unit is bright with 10' high ceilings, large windows and its own entrance and patio. A/C. The bedrooms have king and queen beds, and the living room has a 65” TV, large sectional sofa and a desk area. The kitchenette has a large refrigerator, DW, Nespresso, cooktop and microwave.
