We would love to greet you but are also fine with allowing you to access with a code on the front door. We live nearby and are happy to make suggestions for dining or things to do. Located near numerous restaurants, and Balboa Park, Hillcrest, the zoo, Downtown, Little Italy, and the Convention Center are all within 10 minutes. Be at the beach in less than 15 minutes. The bus line runs up First Ave for easy access to Downtown and Uptown. Near trolley and train station. Diese historische Hütte, die 1920 erbaut wurde, wurde kürzlich mit einigen modernen Upgrades für deinen Komfort renoviert. Die ursprüngliche Besitzerin der Hütte war eine Autorin namens Catherine Woods. Sie schrieb das allererste Buch über die Geschichte des Palomar Mountain: Teepee to Telescope. Du findest eine Kopie in der Hütte für eine gute Lektüre. Viel natürliches Licht lässt diese kleine Hütte geräumig wirken, die Fenster in der gesamten Hütte bieten einen schönen Waldblick.
