It's a bright spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq ft main floor of our house . We're a two minute walk to the ocean to launch a kayak or just picnicking . Or a 5 min walk to the James island wharf to drop a crab trap for dinner . There's ample parking for two guest vehicles . Jen and I love looking after the yard and gardens . We live in the suite below with our own entrance at the back . Your back patio with bbq overlooks the gardens and fruit trees . We're pretty sure you'll like it .😊

Relaxing and Cozy cottage on north Pender Island perfectly situated with a small view of the ocean and just a short walk to Magic Lake. This fully renovated cottage includes everything you need for a quiet getaway. Perfect for a couple or small family, there's a 1/2 acre of privacy to enjoy. Grocery, pubs, beaches and the Saturday farmers market are just a short drive away. There are plenty of deer, and a nature trail through the woods out back. Note: max 2 adults and 2 children

Come stay in our beautiful farmhouse in the lovely Fulford Valley, looking at Mount Maxwell. Family friendly and quiet, we have a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely garden to listen to the birds in. We're located steps from the Salt Spring Island Brewery and have walking trails down to Burgoyne Bay park. Our property also has a free-ranging duck, chickens and a large friendly puppy! Spacious, peaceful 1250 sq ft. upper totally self contained suite. The crystal clear Nanaimo river at your doorstep. Spacious kitchen is ready for the family chef but if you don’t feel like cooking the neighborhood offers a variety of pubs and restaurants. Many trails close by for walking or jogging. Only a 10 minute drive to both the airport and B.C. ferries. Pets are permitted only with approval. If you plan on bringing your pet please message me before you book.

Hidden Retreat

The cottage is approximately 2km from Beaver Pt Hall, 5km from Ruckle Provincial Park, 10 minutes to Fulford Harbour, and 20 minutes to Ganges. We are within walking distance to several beach accesses, Canada Conservancy forest, and a beautiful First Nations Reserve. The beaches are launch points for nearby Russell and Portland Islands in the Gulf Island National Marine Parks.

Lovely cottage by the sea with private beach access. Amazing views with the whales coming by often. You will also get daily eagle sightings and sunsets like no other. (We also have FAST fiber optic WiFi for those looking to take meetings remotely.) This spot is one of the best you'll find on the island. Come enjoy this nestled gem on Sunset Point!
