The house is large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and has a convenient layout that also provides plenty of privacy. There is central A/C that covers the entire house, all rooms have hardwood floors, newer beds, comfortable mattresses and quality pillows. New 18x24 deck has Polywood furniture and Weber gas grill.

Cozy Cottage

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. Everything is here to enjoy a week on the cape(shorter stays available in the off season-please ask) in this beautiful little cottage. The beach is less than a mile away and the bike path is within a half mile. Close to the Orleans border with shops and great restaurants. Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. We supply you with linens and towels. We do have beach towels but you may want to bring your favorite towel and beach chair.

LOCATION: 3/4 mile off main road (unpaved road). Located on the town line of Brewster and Orleans with less than 5 minutes to Chatham or Harwich by car. Nauset and Skaket beaches are less than 3 miles away. Nickerson state park less than 1 mile away. Cape Cod National seashore is located within 7.2 miles of our property. Shopping on Main Street in Chatham is 15 minutes. Enjoy a nice, tranquil walk, listen to the birds or feast your eyes on the surrounding conservation land.

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

This location is the perfect distance to bike paths, walking paths, beaches, great food, shops, fishing, ferries, and everything the Outer Cape has to offer. Even though we’re close to many fun activities, our place offers the privacy and tranquility that guests enjoy. Centrally located between the mid cape and the very tip of Cape Cod (Provincetown), Eastham is within a reasonable driving distance to enjoy the best beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

Classic Cape Cod Cottage

No cleaning fee! 15 min walk to the best bayside beach, Thumpertown Beach. The cottage is in a very peaceful wooded setting. A beautiful, charming 2 bedroom cottage 15 min walk to Thumpertown Beach. It's situated on a triple sized lot, close to the outer Cape's favorite attractions. Eastham is known as the Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Please note, from June 13 to September 6 we have a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.
