You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Located at Rockwater Marina this 400 sqft home floats on the Arkansas River. Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

Northwoods getaway is nestled in the wooded hills surrounding downtown Hot Springs. It is centrally located in the Park Avenue "Uptown" area. The house is 1 mile from historic bathhouse row and the National Park. The Mid-Century home is compact, but has all the amenities you will need for your getaway. The outdoor patio is the perfect place for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. *Please note* No parties of any kind. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. 4 guests maximum!

Private & Cozy cabin-HotTub-Coffee Bar-Cowboy Pool

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature with WiFi, coffee/tea bar, a private hot tub and cowboy pool overlooking a fish filled tiny pond. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse row and less than 15 minutes to Oaklawn Racetrack Casino. This cabin is an Adult only maximum of two people and features a queen bed lounge area downstairs or a cozy sleeping loft. This little cabin is the perfect Hot Springs getaway to unplug if you want and enjoy nature.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Ivy Cottage

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The Ivy Cottage is located in downtown Little Rock in the Pettaway neighborhood. This community is a hub of newly built/remodeled unique homes. Located within a 2 minute drive to SoMa's food scene, 5 minutes to The River Market and The Clinton Library & Museum, and 6 minutes to the Airport. There is a children’s park and the newly launched Pettaway Square 3 blocks away.

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.

We have everything you need all at a great rate. Room comes with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of workspace. Large smart TV and Wi-Fi access. Disney +, Fandango, Hulu, Peacock, ESPN and Vudu accounts set up on tv. Comfort is key with super soft king sized pillow top bed and highest quality sheets & duvet. Couch folds out into queen sized bed. Centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants and lake Hamilton.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
