Great for young professionals, couples, small/medium groups (no hosting large parties), business travelers, etc. This is a bustling building - fair warning that it can be noisy sometimes :)

***Please read entire description of property before booking***This little slice of paradise is nestled at the end of a private lane. My bright & airy basement suite has an open concept living area with various amenities including hotplate, fridge, air fryer, 55" tv with premium cable & Firestick along with reliable internet. The breathtaking views of the river can be enjoyed from the large yard. We are very close to the tracks trains go by 3 or 4 times a day. We are a non-smoking property.
