Guest suite downstairs of a modern alley home in McKinley Park. It's set up like an extended stay, with a bed, table/chairs, and simple kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water boiler for coffee/tea). Parking is available on nearby streets. Shared HVAC system with main house. AC is on a timer and can be turned on at request. A space heater is available in the room to augment whole house heating. Please note that this is near an active (and noisy) train line.

This very private, spacious, comfortable and unique KING SPA suite has been set up for a relaxing and joyful stay. The unit is designed for 2 adults and 2 children only. NOT FOR 4 ADULTS. The suite consists of a main room and a mini-room that is not separated from the main bedroom, decorated with a sweet and cute Panda design. You will also find a huge size bathroom with a large Jetted Bathtub, which is the focal point of the unit.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The space is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
