If you want to avoide the long QUEUING - do not go under the piramide entrance where everybody goes. Go to the one which is undeground in the shopping mall "Carrousel". There will be a tabacco shop which is next to the undeground entrance with an INVERTED piramide. There they sell tickets for the same price as the museum. With tickets you can go to the line for groups where usually you do not have to wait:).

One of the most must-visit museums located in a marvelous parisian villa of 19th century. It's worth seeing interieur decoration tipical for a parisian "hotel particulier" from that period. You will see there works of Boticcelli, François Boucher and van Dyke. If you choose to have lunch at their cafe you will never forget it! It's super tasty!
