Great local artefacts. In the Museum is a recent find of a bust of Alexander the Great found at Tlos ancient city, 55 km from Fethiye. Fethiye experienced the rule of Persia, Alexander the Great, Rome, Pergamum Kingdom, Byzantium, Menteşeoğulları Principality and Ottoman State respectively.
