This is a fantastic bakery just a 10 min walk from the apartment. A bread roll with their home made strawberry jam, and a good cup of coffee is a great way to start your day!

Take any tram going downtown from Storo to this great restaurant at Thorsov. They serve a great burger, and don't forget to ask for the onion rings! They have a lot of tabels outside.

The walk down Akerselva is really nice. Mathallen is a food marked where you'll find both traditional norwegian specialties, and some international food. Shops and restaurants.

If you wanna go for run, we can reccomend following Akerselva (the river) up towards Maridalsvannet. Going up to Maridalsvannet and back to the apartment is a 6.6km run.
