Our favorite restaurant! This Dominican bistro has AMAZING food, we've literally tried it all. It's a beautiful space, roomy yet cozy.
Happy hour includes cheap beers and delicous sangria alongside $2 empanadas (that you'll thank me for).
Our favorite dishes:
the skirt steak w/ plantains
&
Chicarron de Pollo (chicken) --yummmm

The Staten Island Ferry is a FREE boat ride. takes about 26 minutes in each direction and you get to see the Statue of Liberty!
When boarding the ferry on the way TO Staten Island make sure you go outside on the RIGHT side of the boat, here you will be able to see the Statue of Liberty.
when you reach staten Island they make EVERYONE EXIT THE BOAT to then reboard. You can follow the crowds back to the ferry.
On the return trip back to Manhattan you should ride on the left side of the ferry to see the Statue of Liberty again.
