Sensational winery about 1 hour drive just past Milton which is also worth a look. Has fabulous silver service 3 course meals for a very reasonable price. Includes its own beer brewery as well. Sundays are big for entertainment including live music on the grass. I hidden gem and our favourite restaurant in the area.

Supplies all the main goods you've forgotten to get at the supermarket plus has a fairly extensive bottle shop you would not have imagined would be in there. Will operate takeaway food and coffee at lunch time as well. Lorraine and Michael will look after you.

Bet you didn't know that you leave NSW and enter the Australian Capital Territory. Well worth a visit to the beautiful Greenpatch, Murrays Beach, Cave Beach, and the Botanic Gardens. Entry fees apply for a 2 day pass - if you are coming down again a 1 or 2 year pass is not much more than the 2 days, and 1 year respectively.
