Korean beef broth hangover soup! This place is an institution, it's been around for 20+ years. Get the brisket soup and use a lot of green onions!

Best coffee shop in Koreatown, hands down. Great place to work or chat. The Document Latte and Document cold are excellent. They use maple syrup and chicory root in their cold brews!

Solid place for Korean BBQ that's very close to the apartment. They are the same owners as Kang Ho Dong, which can get insanely busy at times. This place isn't as busy, but there can still be a wait around peak dinner times.

Larchmont Street is one of my favorite places, ever! Salt & Straw is a famous ice cream spot from Portland that opened up there.

I could eat here everyday. It's my absolute favorite restaurant. They have amazing pork bone broth soup.
How you eat it:
1. Add the seasoned chives.
2. Add the ground up perilla seeds (in the container next to the utensils).
3. Add shrimp paste to season (don't add too much, start with half a spoonful). Also in the container next to the untensils.
4. Add some salt and pepper if you like.
5. The combo set (baekban) comes with rice and noodles separately and you can add them in.
