When there, don't miss to visit the "Panathinaiko" stadium where the Olympics of 1896 took place and the National garden, including the "Zapio" area with fantastic cafeteria and a summer cinema. Full of taverna's, cafeterias, summer cinema etc. The perfect touristic site. Taxi cost 6 euro or by metro (to Syntagma and then by foot, it is only a 3 minute walk).
