This is a lovely town on the coast, take the DART from Connolly.
This, and the adjacent Killiney, is home to celebrities like Bono, Van Morrison, Enya.
Visit great pubs and stroll around the headland by the sea while ogling some of the fanciest houses in Ireland.
You can take the DART one stop further to Killiney, just for the spectacular view and the hop back on and return to Dalkey for the walk, food & pubs.
You must shop at Daisie Stone, a super little shop full of genuinely Irish made gifts of all kinds at great prices. It's wonderfully curated so you'll definitely find something you love for yourself too. If you'd had enough of yet another generic 'Oirish' gift shop full of cheap trinkets, this is THE place for you.
