Beautiful trail. Well maintained. Bike past the REI near downtown to Cherry Creek (or all the way down to Parker if you're so inclined -- you can always take light rail back to Denver with your bike in tow). It's a lovely way to spend a morning or afternoon. And mostly flat. I've ridden the trail a couple hundred times, and I always enjoy it.
