At the beginning of the massive beach stretch known as Episkopi beach, Petres is the closest beach to our property. The water is great, and there is a scuba diving center as well!

Visit the Dourakis winery for some wine tasting and explore the beautiful surrounding area. The view of the White Mountain (Leuka Ori) is spectacular!

A beautiful village. It is a charm to walk through. Don't miss the war museum set up in a renovated Venetian structure and Athivoles restaurant which is located right on the main square.

Spili conjures for me the image of a typical Cretan village. Excellent to walk through, with some great tavernas. A perfect place to rest before you head to the lovely beaches of the south of Crete.

A fantastic village of unspoiled beauty with amazing places to eat, beautiful scenery and sincere people. It is worth it, even if the car ride is long and the roads very windy!

The view will compensate the difficult, windy, 60-90 minute drive there. Sfakia boasts proud people, fantastic food and an unspoiled setting. You must try their smoked meat and cheese pies with honey!

This beach is amazing! An amazing beach were a beautiful gorge-river meets the ocean, surrounded palm trees and imposing mountains. Only a 30min drive away from Villa Sofia.

Words can't begin to describe this village! It is practically built on ancient ruins, the water springs are pure, the food is finger licking and the locals are very friendly.
