Our favorite place to dine out, Sam makes a daily menu based on what he's foraged, fished, or bought from small farms. It hits the mark every time and is wholly unpretentious and fun. Natural wines, cocktails, and local ciders on the menu. Walk-in's welcome.

Parks & Nature
After breakfast and antiquing in Liberty, head to the state park entrance at Lake St. George where you can rent a canoe or kayak by the hour or by the day. If you're just looking for a place to swim, go toward the Lake St. George Brewery and turn left (Marshall Shore Rd). Down the road a bit you'll come upon a small area for parking, and swimming access.
