Best pho (and Vietnamese food) in the city - hands down. Yes it's in a corner store, on a crazy street, with interesting folks coming and going. Don't be afraid, Truc's food will make the hard metal tables and atmosphere worth it!

Best boiled crawfish and seafood in New Orleans. It's spicy, it comes in a bag, and there's nothing fancy about this shop other than Queen Victoria that runs the front counter.

Great basic bar food (and then some), great outdoor seating area to watch sports or just talk the night away. Bayou Wine Garden is connected (and fancier/more chill). If you just want a night to enjoy the weather and a drink - this is your spot! They also serve food until midnight!
