AHUNTSIC | Fave spots
Located at the northernmost part of the island of Montreal, in the borough Ahuntsic-Cartierville, the neighborhood of Ahuntsic is bordered by the Riviere-des-Prairies to the north and Highway 40 to the south. It extends to Papineau and St. Michel streets to the east, and to Highway 15 and O'Brien boulevard to the west.
Birdwatching is great. Beautiful and quiet park.
You can find free parking on the street.

Here is a list of my favorite spots on the Ouest side of St-Laurent boulevard.
My favorite restaurants for tasting menus, oysters & tapas , prosecco are Le St-Urbain, Les Cavistes, Madre (portuguese), Café Le Petit Flore, Le Lucie.
Best sushis and poké bowls are Sushiville (Lajeunesse) , Sushi Sama (Fleury), Kokoro Sushi & Tapas (Sauvé).
Best pizzas : L'Artizan
Best pastries & bread: Bête à Pain (bread, croissants, brunch/breakfast, soups), Bonneau Chocolatier (artisanal chocolate, pastries, ice cream, coffee, crêpes)
Grocery stores: Rachelle-Bery (organic selections), Marché Garcia (mostly fruits & veggies & eggs & nuts), Euro Marché, Citron que c'est Bon (fruits & veggies, cheese, local organic)
Fish & Seafood: Poissonerie Fou des Îles
Meats & eggs: Ça va Barder (Mostly local , selection of wines also)
Pharmacies: Pharmaprix (22h), Jean Coutu
