Home of the famous $6 toast served beside Four Barrel Coffee. This is actually a joint venture between bread maker Josey Baker (yup, that's his real name) and cult roaster Four Barrel Coffee. A must visit for any foodie or coffee lover.

This may be one of the best coffee roasters in the world. My favorite thing to do is to step up to the single origin bar where they have up to 6 unique coffees from around the world. An animated (and often eccentric) barista will make a single cup of whatever you choose.

The northern coast of San Francisco is filled with high bluffs and amazing coastal views perfect for running. From our house, go left out the front door and run (or walk) until you hit Lake Street, then take a left, then a right on 25th and an immediate left on El Camino Del Mar and follow this road until you see the entrance to the Lands End. Follow this out and back trail all the way to Ocean Beach. The views are spectacular and you'll forget you're in one of the most densely populated cities in America.

There is so much to see and do in Golden Gate Park. The best part is that you can make a right out our front door, turn right on Cabrillo, turn left on 22nd Avenue (climb the steep hill) and cross over Fulton to enter the park. Once in the park go left for the museums (De Young, Academy of Sciences, Japanese Tea Gardens and Botanical Gardens) or go right towards the park lakes and beaches.
