Upstairs from Charlie Brown's, this place is easy to miss. Although there are better mexican joints around town, I hear this one uses fresh ingredients and homemade salsa.

A gem hidden in Rupp Arena's mini mall, this is a classic bar with a grille and like 20 pool tables plus shuffleboard. There is a swanky private room with TVs, leather couches, pool tables, booths, and a card table. It is the place to go during UK basketball season when it is a madhouse. The rest of the year it's pretty quiet.

Mary's favorite is a pint of half Magner's and half Guinness, some call it a Poor Man's Black Velvet, a Black Velvet being champagne and Guinness. It can get pretty wacky on the weekends!
