A great walk which takes around aboutan hour to do (if fit faster!). Great views over the Wanaka township and lakes Wanaka and Hawea can be see from the top. Stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

A fairly steady uphill walk of anywhere between 1.5-3 hrs to the top - (a bit quicker down again on same track) depending on speed and fitness level. Stunning views all the way up, then around the peak. Make sure you get there early enough to see the Sunrise! Definitely a must do before the heat of the day in summer, and also before the carpark overflows! Take water, hat, good non slipping shoes and sunscreen!

Intimate and quaint, casual and rustic. Great food, pizza, pasta, awesome freshly made breads a must! Hidden away in a little stone building. A real gem!

Great atmosphere, large screen TV for watching live rugby games. Fabulous food and very social. Need to book if a larger group, otherwise table sharing is fun when busy!

Heard about the Edgewater resort scones? A must with coffee after your morning walk along the lakeside track to/from Raspberry creek. Only 5 mins walk from your accommodation. Head either left down Sargood on road, or right down Norman Tce, through park, head left along track until you see signs for Edgewater Resort. Sit outside with stunning views over Lake and mountain vistas.
