Food scene

We love Brunos! Their Calzones are HUGE! Seriously!! Head there for dinner and then walk down Good Morning Street to the boardwalk. There is nothing better than a sunset over the water. OR...Be sure to try out their lunch buffet!!

This was just a fun place with a cool vibe. The hushpuppies were my absolute favorite! It is right off of highway 98 in Port St. Joe! There is such great seating that allows you to enjoy the outside and yet be ready for the Florida rain! :)

Sightseeing

St Joe Beach and WindMark are AMAZING for paddle boards and a little calmer seas, but if you like the waves...make the 30 minute drive to Cape San Blas! There are also some fun little ice cream shops and eateries as well!

This beach is less than 10 minutes from the beach house. It is a very easy beach to access with lots of parking and little boardwalks to the beach, right along highway 98.

St. Joe Beach is so peaceful and rarely ever crowded. It is the perfect place to paddle board, start a beach fire, swim, or simply enjoy a beautiful sunset.

City/town information

Port St. Joe is our cute little beach town located on the shore of St Josephs Bay. We highly recommend checking out the historic downtown of Port St. Joe. It is on Reid street one block off of highway 98 which runs beside WindMark, and right through Port St. Joe. You will find cute little eateries, shops, coffee and of course the sugar shack! Another spot to visit is The Cape San Blas lighthouse located in George Core Park in Port St. Joe!

This is a fun day trip! The traffic can get a little crazy sometimes, but so worth it for something a little different and exciting! When we go, we like to go to Pier Park! Check out a giant Ferris wheel, Dave and Busters, lots of fun little shops, some great places to eat..even a Paula Dean Restaurant. It is located right beside the beach and pier. It really is such a fun place to stroll around, shop, eat and spend some time in a beach city with all the offerings, before you go back to the house and enjoy the quiet of the beach. :)
