Awesome Japanese street food. The curry bowls have the most perfectly roasted vegetables I’ve ever had. Both the chicken katsu and teriyaki tofu options are delicious. They are also a coffee shop and good place to work.

When you come to Austin the two types of food you must try are bbq and tex mex. The Suadero tacos at Suerte are my favorite combination of the two. Their food is on the pricier side but its a nice little treat treat and delicious cocktails as well.

Personally I love the cheeseburger and cauliflower tots (with regular ketchup). But this place is a good place to meet and hang with friends and also shares a patio with Hold Out Brewery

Great place to go on a walk by the lake with some views from downtown. The boardwalk on the south side near i35 is really nice. On the weekends there are some places to rent kayaks and paddle boards as well.

One of my favorite swimming spots.. very cold water, not as cold as Barton springs but still cold. Bring a blanket for laying in the grass.

About 30 minutes west of town this sour brewery is on a large farm with baby goats. It’s a great way to spend a Saturday and grab lunch at their pizzeria.
