There are a LOT of hiking trails in Tahoe. Consider Angora Falls Trail, Spooner Lake Trail, and Eagle Falls! Lam Watah NatureTrail is an easy 3 mile trip, good for strollers and wheelchairs and a good view of Mt.Tallac.
