They have a record player and curate the musical experience as well. Wonderful visual experience as well with tasteful vintage & modern decor.

This place has the BEST coffee in the area and is only a block away! Check their hours, they are new and only open on the weekends so far, but are very good. The company was started by a well regarded coffee farmer in Hawaii. Check out their website to learn more.

Love these guys. The owners are lovely and we know them. They make very good Italian style pizza (and I used to live in Italy, so I mean it!)
Its also a nice place to get a drink sitting at their bar. This place is family friendly while also having a classy modern bar like ambience.

We have a great zoo here in Portland, a fabulous place for children and they have fantastic concerts in the summer months near the elephants. A very fun experience.

This is a fantastic science museum! It is filled with awesome learning and experiences for all ages.
And, a fun tip: my dad worked in the exhibit shop for many years inventing and building wonderful exhibits, some of which still live in the museum today.

This is a must for rainy Potland days with smaller children. Across from the Zoo and located in Washington Park, it is a lovely part of our fine city and close to so many things to see!
