Great cocktails and beer selection, beautiful environment and gourmet bar foods. Also, Ryan Gosling may have been spotted here a time or two (if you care about that sort of thing).

Some nights they have live music, sometimes its trivia, but they always have GREAT cocktails and food. Gastropub with cool historical elements (it's in a gigantic wine barrel!) and a sexy back patio romantically lit with lights and a fire pit.

Three blocks away, this is a large chain in LA. It is owned by an Armenian family so has a lot of great exotic foods you may not normally see. Their deli is awesome and produce very fresh. Not many organic options but that selection is growing.

Well, not sure if the general public can get into screenings here, but it's worth checking out. This is who is responsible for the Emmy's! And there's a killer ice cream shop right next to it.
