Very casual atmosphere with outdoor and indoor seating. They have great coffee and some really tasty breakfast staples. The tables indoors get filled up quickly on weekends with groups trying out new games.

If you're looking for a place to get a workout in during your stay, I can't recommend Gym5 enough. They have daily, weekly, and monthly passes and enough cardio machines, outdoor space, and free weights to get a great workout without bumping into other people.
