Ski! Ski! Ski!
There are many great spots to Ski in Vermont, but this one is very close by and one of the most affordable, accessible and family friendly local ski areas. They offer night time discounts and the staff are very easy and friendly. Great for folks looking to get back into ski'ing after a break. Great for older folks and younger folks. A nice range of trails. Cross country skiing too.

A great local Ski spot right around the corner from the house. Designed specifically for beginning skiers and great for younger children, this spot has been run by the same family for generations and some of their own children have gone onto by Olympic Skiiers. Great spot to check out. You can see the nighttime lights lighting up this sweet mountain as you are driving along Route 2 towards the house in Richmond.
