Neighborhoods
The street has two very distinct faces. On the one side, in its most recent part, it is marked by a remarkable architectural ensemble in the Art Nouveau style, consisting of fourteen houses designed by the arch. Ernest Blerot, erected from 1900 to 1902 (see nos. 1 to 25, av. Jean Volders 42-46, 48 and ch. de Waterloo 13, 15). This set faces an eclectic quality frame. On the other side, in the old portion, which is also the longest, rows of neoclassical facades predominate, mostly built in the 1870s. 1940 to 1960.

Lively popular neighborhood. Old but lively Brussels neighborhood located between the Palace of Justice and the Brussels-South railway station. At two steps from this apartment!
